We focus on the detection of brain aneurysms, a condition affecting 1 in 50 people in the US. Because a rupture occurs every 18 minutes in the US and can lead to death or lifelong complications, early and accurate diagnosis on CT scans is critical, yet often challenging for human eyes alone.
Our software is designed to be 50x faster than a human radiologist. It also utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to auto-generate radiology reports, which helps streamline clinical decision-making.
Unlike "monolithic" AI models that are narrowly scoped, our technology uses a modular, autonomous, and goal-driven agentic architecture. This allows for specialized inference agents that increase precision on difficult "edge cases,” dynamic orchestration to prioritize and triage the most urgent cases in real-time, and real-time learning that integrates clinician feedback instantly.
No. Lilia AI is designed to augment the existing radiologist's workflow, not replace it. Automating the triage and initial analysis of CT scans empowers radiologists to safely review more images per shift and focus their expertise on the most critical cases.
The software is built for seamless integration. It connects directly to EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems). It automatically triages CT scans as they are ordered, flagging potential aneurysms for priority review.
